Makes 4 servings
Enjoy the taste of Chinese without ever having to leave home.
3 T flour
1 ¼ teaspoon salt
4 eggs well beaten
2 teaspoons minced onion, or finely sliced green onion
1 cup drained bean sprouts
1 cup diced chicken or turkey
Mix together and fry in oil. Serve with sauce below.
Sauce
1 ½ teaspoon cornstarch
1 ½ teaspoon sugar
¾ cup water
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
Simmer over heat for one minute, serve over egg foo yong.
